IRPM represents residential property managers across the UK. It provides professionals with independent accreditation and is the trusted source for expertise, knowledge and learning in the residential property sector. In 2022, the organisation merged with The Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) to create The Property Institute.

The multi-award winning company has been named among the finalists of ‘Provider of the Year’ at the ARMA Ace Awards and shortlisted for ‘Best Customer Service’ at the Lewes District Business Awards.
