"We needed someone to remove the pigeons that were nesting under our solar panels and creating a dreadful mess with their droppings in the gutters and by our doorstep. I contacted Samantha and she came out promptly to survey the situation and to give us a quote. We needed scaffolding to be put up because of the height of the roof and Samantha arranged for a firm to visit and give a separate quote for this. We were happy with the quotes and so the job went ahead. The scaffolding team worked quickly and carefully, taking the trouble not to damage any plants. The following day Russell and Phil drove over to us in Somerset from Sussex- leaving at 5 am and arriving just after 8am. They were very professional and efficient. They completed the job in good time and cleared everything away. We are so grateful to them for doing this difficult and potentially dangerous job. "I would not HESITATE in recommending this company to others. Sam and Matt were the most amazing team who could not have been more efficient friendly and proactive. This is my first experience of having to deal with pest control. I made a few phone calls to other companies who were not even prepared to come out! I knew as soon as Sam answered the phone that I had found the right company. She reassured me that Matt would come out and do everything necessary to sort the problem out. He would come back 3 times, more if necessary until the problem had been eradicated. Sam was kind helpful and personable. I think she is the person who you want to speak to when you are worried about this sort of issue! I live in the ground floor of a building which includes offices flats and my own property, all of which had been affected by rodents. We are all now 'rodent free' but have been given the reassurance that Sam and Matt would return if we ever experience any such problems in the future. Matt is an expert who is totally 'hands on' and did all that was necessary to solve the problem. He carefully removed the back of a kitchen cupboard and needed to remove air conditioning covers in the adjoining property. He clearly know all there is to know about the habits and behaviour of rodents which meant he was able to carry out all the necessary treatments etc. He was totally professional reliable and efficient at all times. "I have recently brought a property through ------- -----, and had noticed an invasion of red ants. I contacted the site management team (where I pay close to £1400 a month in ground rent for maintenance) and they sent out their own contractors to assess the situation.

The guy that came out to me had no idea what they were and told me I had to wait at least 7 days for an identification before any treatment could be offered. This was completely unacceptable and not helpful because I have a 4 month old baby and these little red ants had also invaded his belongings. After complaints and phone calls, ------ ----- were able to outsource to 'Cleankill' and had them out to me in under 24 hours. 

The gentlemen that visited me was called Mark and was absolutely fantastic. He was able to identify them straight away and start treatment. He also advised me the problem was mainly from the wall cavities and it was likely my neighbours had them too. Whilst Mark was here I was able to check with my neighbours who also confirmed they had them too. Mark was able to offer me assurance and a continuity plan that has put my mind at ease. The rest of the flat block still needs to be treated. I can only hope that ------ can arrange for the same company to help my other neighbours.

"We live on the 13th floor of a block of flats with a balcony and views out to Beachy Head in East Sussex. Unfortunately we had seagulls and pigeons making nests in our plant pots on the balcony and laying eggs. They were also making a terrible mess. My husband put some netting across the balcony to keep the birds off, but it meant we couldn't get out on the balcony and it spoiled our views. It also didn't look nice.

So we decided to find a professional company to help us and we're really pleased we found Cleankill. The customer service was fantastic and the way the netting has been installed means we can now sit out and enjoy our balcony again. Your company is currently contracted to the block of flats I manage in Hampstead. We had a mice infestation that lasted several months, but thankfully Alan from your company got rid of them all. Eastbourne Borough Council contacted Cleankill Environmental Services after mourners were being dive-bombed by nesting seagulls as they left the crematorium. Cllr Margaret Bannister, portfolio holder for bereavement services, said: “Staff at the crematorium were becoming aware of the problems that the seagulls were causing to people attending services or visiting the grounds.  “It was felt that we had to call in bird control experts as the last thing crematorium visitors want is to have to worry about being attacked by seagulls. “The hawk solution has proved very effective, with the benefit that it does not harm the gulls. We believe that by calling in professional experts we have helped to alleviate the pest problem humanely.”

"Your technician was efficient and on time and went through the whole house. He found a huge gap in the outer wall of the house that needed filling in. But main thing was two BIG holes behind the dishwasher. I told our previous pest control firm that there was a hole and they simply did not bother. Your guy did. He was really great and did his job well. We are a 24 acre site specialising in the care of children with multiple disabilities and as such it is imperative that our pest control contractors attend quickly. Cleankill always do! We receive a visit within 24 hours of making the call and more often than not, it's the same day. All the team go the extra mile and accommodate our requests of "can you please just take a look at another issue while you're here...!!" with good grace. They follow up within a couple of days to make sure that whatever they did has worked and leave a work area clean, tidy and more importantly, pest free. As a company, we have been approached by other companies offering a similar service but it is testament to the Cleankill team (and management) that we have been with them for ten years and have no intention of moving elsewhere.
